The purpose of this letter is to document my experience concerning the construction of the large, screened porch at my residence. The porch was started on the agreed-upon date and completed in accordance with your timetable. The quality of the porch construction exceeded our expectations. Your attention to detail and perfectionist attitude is both obvious and sincerely appreciated. We were especially pleased with the strength of the porch. You built the porch with an extraordinary concern for safety. Since we occasionally entertain, a porch could hold EVERYBODY without any concern was one item that cannot be overstressed. Your staff was both competent and professional. I had no concerns with giving you access to our home during construction. You cleaned up after yourselves and left the general area in good order. Finally, your input during the planning and construction was excellent. I must admit that your ideas were on target. Your input saved us money without compromising on quality. I would recommend you to anyone that wants the job done right. The price was reasonable. Your attitude that the job be done right or not at all was shared by Wendy and me.
